Hi, my name is Navya Bhartia and I’m 19 years old! I am a second-year medical student, studying at the University of Southampton. I did the IB diploma program in high school and got a 42. My sibjects were Biology, chemistrry and economics at the higher level and math,english and french at the standard level. I have taken the UCAT wherein I was part of the 80% decile and I have taken the SATs as well. I tutored children in French, biology, and chemistry back in high school during COVID. I am an international student from Singapore studying in the UK. My hobbies include dancing, sports, meeting new people, and traveling. Since I have lived in 3 countries, I have gotten the habit of adapting to different people and their way of living! I like to think i’m a friendly and approachable person ๐
My teaching style
I prefer a more engaging lesson that involves more active learning since it is the most effective way for me to study thus I think it would be beneficial to my students. Although my primary teaching style is more active-based, I do alter it according to the student’s needs because everyone does learn differently.
