1About Me
Hi, I am Anagh Josh-currently finishing 3rd year of medicine at the University of Birmingham and I received 4 interviews and 4 offers in my medicine application cycle!
I find teaching to be an incredibly rewarding activity and have experience tutoring medicine applicants and helping out with medicine application cycle queries on online platforms. In my free time, I teach medical students in my university.
My medicine application journey had its own set of ups and downs. After getting rejected in my first application cycle, I ended up taking a gap year and reapplying (which I highly recommend!). The knowledge and skills I gained throughout this challenging period of time helped me get 4/4 medicine offers, and I am eager to pass this down to prospective applicants. As a nervous applicant myself a few years ago, I understand how daunting the medicine application cycle could be-and that’s why I am here to help!
My teaching style
As a friendly, approachable tutor, I always make sure my students are fully engaged with the content I teach, so that they can get the most out of every teaching session! I take feedback very seriously and always work to fine-tune my teaching to my students’ specific needs as much as possible.
My past experience
I have been tutoring medicine applicants for the past year and also teach medical students in my free time.
My Proudest Achievements
-Bouncing back from a string of rejections to getting 4 interviews and 4 offers
-Helping loads of applicants on The Student Room as an official forum helper with application queries and strategic medical school applications. The vast majority of them have ended up receiving multiple interviews and offers, and I’m so proud of them!
