Hi, Iโm Jasmine. Iโm thrilled to be one of four Southeast Asians and 18 international students selected to study dentistry at Trinity College Dublin. I bring a unique perspective as an international student at Trinity College Dublin, where I have successfully navigated the challenging admissions process. Iโve learned effective interview techniques from various tutors and senior students and tackled writing my personal statement, along with preparing for the UCAT and IELTS. Iโm eager to share my experiences and insights to help others pursue their dreams of studying abroad.
I understand how daunting it can feel to pursue courses like dentistry and medicine, especially with rising entry requirements. However, Iโm here to guide you in reaching your goal of becoming a dentist one day. Together, we can navigate the challenges and create a clear path to success.
My teaching style
As an undergraduate, Iโve explored various study techniquesโfrom mind maps and flashcards to active recall and Cornell note-taking. I know what works for me and am passionate about helping others find their own effective methods. My teaching style adapts to each studentโs learning preferences to enhance outcomes, and I strive to create an enjoyable yet effective environment for those seeking guidance.
My Proudest Achievements
I worked hard and achieved 9A*s in my IGCSEs, AAAA* in my A-levels, which led to my acceptance into Dental school.
