My background includes delivering functional skills education tailored to individual learning requirements and supporting students across both core and extended curricula. With a strong foundation in sport science and education, I strive to create inclusive learning environments that nurture personal growth and academic achievement in SEND and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) contexts.

I am proud to have successfully directed my own business, Sport4Real Ltd, managing all aspects of operations and generating over £1 million in sales contracts, demonstrating my leadership and organizational skills. Additionally, I have effectively taught and supported students with severe special needs at Study Mind, delivering functional skills programs that empower learners to achieve their potential. Completing two degrees alongside a comprehensive career in education and business showcases my commitment to personal and professional development.
