GAMSAT is an entrance exam for graduate level programmes in Australia, UK, Ireland and a few other select universities around the world.

We usually recommend at least 10 weeks of GAMSAT Preparation ahead of the exam. This will ensure that you have plenty of time to go over all the parts of the test, the possible content and to do several mock tests.
However, you may want to consider more preparation if you are the kind of person who stresses in exams. The GAMSAT Live Day will help you whether you are just at the beginning of your GAMSAT revision, or months in and looking for a boost.

The full GAMSAT exam is about 4.5 hours long, with you usually being in the exam location around 6 hours. Endurance is key for the GAMSAT! The GAMSAT Live Day will help you understand how to manage your time in the exam, and how to maximise your time to get the maximum amount of points available.

The GAMSAT has 3 sections:

I Reasoning in Humanities and Social Sciences
II Written Communication
III Reasoning in Biological and Physical Sciences

During the GAMSAT Live Day, our GAMSAT Expert will take you through all the different question types and sections, giving you helpful tips as you go. There is plenty of opportunity to ask questions during the day, and time to work through mock questions together so you can see the tips in action.

Each university will set their own GAMSAT requirement, so it is important that you check with the admissions team at your university of choice.

Your GAMSAT score will be between 0-100 (not percentages) and be calculated by adding together all your marks from your 3 sections and dividing it by 4. Our GAMSAT Live Day will take you through the specification for the exam so you can understand where the marks come from, so you can get the most marks possible.
