The NSAA is the Natural Sciences Admissions Assessment. It is used by the University of Cambridge in their undergraduate admission process to the Natural Sciences Tripos.

The NSAA has two sections. Section 1 is 60 minutes long and consists of two parts of 20 multiple choice questions. All candidates must sit Part A (Maths) plus one additional Part from Chemistry, Biology or Advanced Maths/Physics. Section 2 is 60 minutes long and consists of 20 questions multiple choice questions. Candidates should only answer one part in Section 2.

The best way to prepare for the NSAA is to use the official resources provided by the University of Cambridge. There are full papers available from 2016-2020, as well as a specimen paper. NSAA answer keys and some explained solutions are provided for all papers. We recommend working through all of the past papers under time conditions and then focusing revision on your weaker areas.
