Hi I am Katerina. Having graduated from Cardiff Medical School and having completed Foundation Training, I am currently and MSc Student at Imperial College London. I aspire to pursue a career in Paediatrics. My teaching experience includes conducting departmental teaching throughout foundation training, as well as presenting my MSc projects in conferences. Additionally, throughout my rotations as a resident doctor, I regularly taught Leicester Medical Students from various years.

I come from Greece; those who meet me describe me as very approachable and cheerful, as well as motivated and motivational, determined and hard- working. I particularly enjoy teaching and I have also led several teaching sessions in my university; I consider myself to be patient and good at explaining things in different ways until I ensure they are understood by the student (as this is the only way they’re gonna stick in mind). Apart from medicine and teaching, I have also worked as a COVID-19 vaccinator during the pandemic, as well as training for a marathon which I am about to partake in November.
