I qualified in 2002 from Guys and St Thomas’, London. Since qualifying I have worked in practice where I enjoy building a good rapport with my patients providing a relaxed atmosphere and a high standard of evidence-based dentistry.
I have a Masters, a Diploma and a PG Certificate with distinction in Restorative Dentistry and was presented with the “Highest Achiever Award in Masters of Restorative Dentistry”.
As Deputy Clinical Lead of final year dental students at the Peninsula Dental School, Plymouth for many years, I gained teaching qualifications (AFHEA and MDTFEd) which means that I am an associate fellow of the higher education academy and a member of the faculty of dental trainers.
I am Vice Chair of the Devon Local Dental Committee (LDC).
I am a member of the British Society for Restorative Dentistry, The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the British Dental Association.
I was finalist in the Dental Clinical Awards for Restorative Dentistry UK and nominated for a SSTAR Award (Student Staff Teaching and Representation Awards).
I also have additional qualifications in orthodontics (Invisalign) and anti-wrinkle injections.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children.
