For those without a background in Critical Thinking, this section can be mind-boggling. Fear not- we have devised an evidence-based course to help you succeed and do well.
Before going into the details of this TSA section, we will start the TSA course by giving you an introduction to the different critical question types as well as understand which of these have been the most common to appear.
These tend to be the easier TSA questions. On this part of the TSA course we will practice some questions and also analyse what the questions involve.
Hopefully by now you have understood the theory and we will apply it to see if you can show us that you have! If you are struggling, your TSA Tutor will delve deeper and go into theory more.
Assumption Questions are a stumbling block for many TSA students up. We will discuss what the difficulties are in answering these questions.
To make sure you're fully confident, we'll do lots of practice questions to see if you have managed to understand what we have taught you
In this section, we dissect the more difficult detecting reasoning errors questions, going through an array of techniques for time-saving and efficient working.
Now we will put what you have learned about detecting reasoning errors to the test to see if you manage to succeed.
Here, we will apply our techniques to questions which involve asking about evidence which either weakens or strengthens an argument. These tend to be the trickier TSA questions.
In this TSA tutorial we put the theory of evidence into practice and allow you to bring in examples of questions you are struggling with too.
In this tutorial, your TSA Tutor will teach you how to successfully tackle the more complicated, passages where you have to make inferences rather than extracting info quickly.
Most of the TSA puzzle is now coming together! We will together make a strategy that works for you.
We will apply the principles of reasoning and look at how questions around principles come up in the TSA exam and help you develop effective techniques.
You should be feeling confident by now! We will tackle the most difficult TSA questions you could get to make you confident for test day.
We have put together all the parallels questions that have come up and we will use this to our advantage in tackling these question types for TSA!
Now at the final part of the critical thinking aspect of the TSA course we will see if you have taken what we have taught you.
