3About Me
Hi! I’m Orrin! I am from Ireland and have studied at the University of St Andrews as the Medical School President for the last three years. I now study at Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. I would describe myself as a bubbly, confident and determined person and I thoroughly enjoying tutoring students for the UKCAT and interviews and seeing the successes of their futures come into fruition. Within Medicine I have a particular interest in Global Health and Infectious Diseases. Outside of Medicine I am a triathlete at a national level for Ireland and have a musical background with a diploma in singing and experience in piano and violin. My favourite thing to do is travel the world, which may be the direct link to why I have very interested in Global Health to minimise global inequalities within healthcare.
My teaching style
I work in a 50:50 student-tutor method, in which I help to tackle issues and questions first to identify which areas need focused on to maximise the students potential to get the best score possible.
