5About Me
Hi !! I’m Aneesah I’m in my second year at Newcastle University studying dentistry.
My journey of applying for this subject has been one of the most enjoyable and fun experiences I have had. I will help you feel excited and beyond prepared for beginning your university journey.
I was offered 4/4 places for dentistry in Leeds university, Plymouth University, Glasgow University, and Newcastle University where I currently study.
My aim is to make difficult entry points of the university for you easy and calming and allow you to see that you can and WILL achieve your goals.
I am a dynamic and approachable individual who loves a chat when the chance arises, which will help you feel at ease during sessions and possibly more comfortable when asking questions during lessons. You will hopefully feel you relate to me and view me as a companion rather than someone who delivers a session in an extremely formal manner and also feel the need to be formal back, creating a relaxed learning environment. (Don’t get me wrong I do still remain professional when delivering lessons!)
I have tutored students in the past who have been given places by their top choice universities and every student has gained a place for no less than 3 of their choices out of 4. Spending every extra second and being a text or phone call away with my tutees at any time helps ensure maximum confidence levels are injected into students to help them sail through the application process. I’m here for you!
During my work and academic experiences. I have developed the discipline and maturity to strive and achieve the highest I can. From this, I apply this work ethic to my students to aid achievements of the highest quality of work and interview skills to open opportunities in their chosen universities.
My teaching style
My teaching style consists of getting to know my students in the first lesson and truly understanding how they learn and pick up information most effectively.
As someone who has been misunderstood when finding things difficult to learn in school when teaching methods were not effective, I understand on a personal level how students feel when this particular situation arises.
This is why I place great observation on how students learn and uptake information, therefore tailoring the lessons to their needs and wants.
As mentioned, I am available out-with our scheduled hours to answer any queries and questions you may have which we can talk about deeply in our next session.
I will be putting time and care into creating a detailed schedule and timetable to create a timeline for your education, therefore, ensuring your lessons are structured and maximized to optimum levels of satisfaction.
I will be asking for feedback from our lessons consistently to ensure our next session can be further improved to assist your learning.
