Admission to UniSR’s medical programme is highly competitive. To be eligible for admission, students must have completed secondary education and obtained a high school diploma. They must also pass an entrance exam, which tests their knowledge of science, maths, and logic. The entrance exam is held twice a year, in the spring and fall.

In addition to the entrance exam, applicants are required to attend an interview, which evaluates their motivation and aptitude for the medical profession. The interview is conducted by a panel of medical professionals and university staff.
